Shall Norton Township, Kankakee County, Illinois be authorized to levy a special tax at a rate to be determined pursuant to 745 ILCS 10/9-107 against the property located in Norton Township, Kankakee County, Illinois for the establishment of a Tort Fund for the benefit of the Township?

(1) The approximate amount of taxes extendable at the most recently extended rate is $0, and the approximate amount of taxes extendable therefore if the proposition is approved is $2,596.80.

(2) For the 2018 levy year, the approximate amount of the additional taxes extendable against property containing a single-family residence and having a fair market value at the time of the referendum of $100,000 is estimated to be $8.00.

Shall Norton Township, Kankakee County, Illinois be authorized to levy a special tax at a rate not to exceed 0.025% against the taxable property in Norton Township for the establishment of a Permanent Road and Bridge fund for road and bridge purposes?

(1) The approximate amount of taxes extendable at the most recently extended rate is $0, and the approximate amount of taxes extendable therefore if the proposition is approved is $81,150.00.

(2) For the 2018 levy year the approximate amount of the additional taxes extendable against property containing a single-family residence and having a fair market value at the time of the referendum of $100,000 is estimated to be $250.00.

Shall Norton Township, Kankakee County, Illinois be authorized to levy a special tax at a rate to be determined pursuant to 745 ILCS 10/9-107 against the property located in Norton Township, Kankakee County, Illinois for the Establishment of a Tort Fund for the Township Road District?

(1) The approximate amount of taxes extendable at the most recently extended rate is $0, and the approximate amount of taxes extendable therefore if the proposition is approved is $7,465.84.

(2) For the 2018 levy year the approximate amount of the additional taxes extendable against property containing a single-family residence and having a

fair market value at the time of the referendum of $100,000 is estimated to be $23.00.
