Insurance Agent Speaks with Ag Business Class

Country Financial agent Chad Ringler, and his associate Tricia Grigas, visited the the Herscher High School Ag Business Class on February 4 to discuss the elements of insurance. 

According to Larry Haigh, classroom teacher, “Mr. Ringler came into our classroom and gave the real world look at insurance. He helped in rounding out our lesson in insuring agribusiness and he also talked about personal insurance that we all need. The topics of business, auto, life, home, and personal insurance were all discussed.”

Miles Hoffman a junior says, “I learned that insurance can be easy when working with an agent, and it is important.” Miles also stated, “you need to keep accurate updated records of all of your belongings to make sure all of your items are covered.”

Trevor Stutz a Senior in the class, states “I learned a lot about what things can be insured, and how insurance works to cover unexpected inconveniences.”

Ringler, a former teacher, expresses, “I was pleased about how attentive and polite the students were. They asked very good questions.”
