It is the spooky season and Limestone Township Library District is ready for the challenge.

On Thursday, October 29 at 6:00 P.M., Mr. Brian Noffke will be on our Facebook page to demonstrate the fun you can have with science. You don’t need a special code or invite, just join us on Facebook at that time.

On Halloween Day, children can come to the library dressed up in their costumes while we are open between 10:00 A.M. – 2:00 P.M. We will have sweet treats, or a small prize for those who cannot have food treats, to hand out to our little goblins, ghouls, and superheroes.

Another goodie to pick up is our Grab and Go craft bags. Each week on our All Ages Days on Saturdays and Tuesdays, we have bags featuring a different craft each week. Patrons can take them to complete with the children in their life. On Saturday the featured craft will be a scarecrow on a popsicle fence.

Finally, we are inspiring movie night once more. Every time a patron checks out a movie they will get packet of microwave popcorn.

Looking for a special movie? Ask the staff to help you if you can’t find what you are looking for on the shelf. We can put it on the patron’s hold list and you will be notified when the movie arrives.
