Fedrow

Jacob A. Fedrow, age 65, of Bonfield passed away Sunday, August 21, 2022 at his home. He was born September 23, 1956 in Kankakee, the son of Richard & Janice (Stegmeyer) Fedrow. Jacob married Diane Catalano on June 4, 1983 at St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church in Kankakee. 

Jacob owned Key City Liquors in Kankakee. He had previously worked as a driver for Blue Ribbon Products. Jacob enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was an outdoorsman and enjoyed planting trees on his property. Jacob was a member of Pheasants Forever and the Knights of Columbus. 

He was a veteran of the United States Navy. 

Jacob was a parishioner of St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church. 

Surviving are his wife of 39 years, Diane Fedrow of Bonfield; one son, Jason Fedrow of Chicago; one sister, Karin & John Hasemeyer of Kankakee; one brother, Gregg & Jackie Fedrow of Kankakee; one grandson, Chase LaRoche; one niece, Emily Fedrow-Mayer; and one nephew, Austin Renshaw. Jacob was preceded in death by his parents. 

Cremation rites have been accorded. A memorial visitation will be held from 4 p.m. until the 7 p.m. memorial service on Thursday, August 25, 2022 at Clancy-Gernon-Hertz Funeral Home in Kankakee. Inurnment will be held at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery in Elwood.
