On Saturday, October 5, the Tigers ran at the Lisle Mane Event. The competition was stiff, consisting of around 20 teams from mostly 2A and 3A schools. The varsity teams ran a 5K (3.1 miles) and the JV teams ran 2.4 miles. 

The Varsity boys placed 2nd overall where Sophomore Drew Rogers took second out of 185 runners. Following Drew was Ben Morgan placing 22nd and Kamden Lockwood placing 28th.

The Varsity girls placed 9th overall with Senior Molly Raymond leading the tigers with a 7th place finish out of 172 runners. Molly was followed by Natalie Rink in 43rd and Gwen Meyer in 50th. 

The JV boys team placed 10th overall and the JV girls had sophomore Bailey Rolando place 12th out of 108 runners. 

The teams will compete at Kankakee Community College in the All-Area meet on Thursday, October 10, at 4:10 PM.
