The Lady Tigers have had two incredibly successful seasons in a row. Unfortunately, the Lady Tigers saw their season end on Tuesday in the regional semi-finals to the same Prairie Central Lady hawk squad as last season by a score of 47-57. The Lady Tigers and Lady Hawks battled through a back and forth first half before entering the halftime break all knotted up at 27 points apiece. Unfortunately, the second half saw the Tigers commit careless turnovers and miss shots they normally make.
The loss ends the career of the 5 Tiger seniors who led the Lady Tigers to back-to-back twenty win seasons. One of those seniors, Macey Moore (who topped the Lady Tigers with 11 points on Tuesday) topped the 1000 point mark for her career. The Lady Tigers ended their season with a 25-7 record on the season.
